1. Operational Agreement Scope
These Terms govern your access to and deployment of the PRIMA Agricultural Intelligence platform, edge software, hardware telemetry bridges, and predictive intelligence API services. By deploying our platform, you agree to these commercial terms.
2. Agronomic Decision Support Disclaimer
PRIMA generates high-probability biophysical models, yield projections, and hazard warnings based on mathematical interpolations of ingested sensor and weather feeds. While our neural models achieve 99.2% confidence intervals, agricultural operations are subject to extreme force majeure (severe hail, microburst tornadoes, geopolitical embargoes). PRIMA is designed as operational decision-support to empower professional agronomic judgement, not replace certified local agronomists.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Enterprise tiers include a 99.9% uptime SLA for cloud data mesh endpoints, 24/7 priority emergency response during planting and harvest windows, and sub-100ms edge telemetry sync.
4. Intellectual Property & Custom Prescriptions
All predictive neural weighting algorithms and software code remain the intellectual property of PRIMA. All output prescriptions, spatial management zone definitions, and field yield boundaries generated for your acreage belong exclusively to you.
